工作流 2：生成报告#

在此工作流中，您将合并来自不同来源的数据，转换二进制数据，生成文件，并发送有关它们的通知。最终工作流应如下所示：

为了简化操作，让我们将工作流分为三个部分。

第 1 部分：从不同来源获取数据#

工作流的第一部分包含五个节点：

  1. 使用 HTTP 请求节点 从存储公司数据的 API 端点获取数据。配置以下节点参数：

    • 方法：Get
    • URL：您在注册此课程时通过电子邮件收到的数据集 URL。
    • 身份验证：Generic Credential Type
      • Generic Auth Type：Header Auth
      • Header Auth 凭据：您在注册此课程时通过电子邮件收到的 Header Auth 名称和 Header Auth 值。
    • 发送标头：切换为 true
      • 指定标头：选择 Using Fields Below
      • 名称：unique_id
      • 值：您在注册此课程时通过电子邮件收到的唯一 ID。

  2. 使用 Airtable 节点 从 customers 表中列出数据（您在其中更新了字段 region 和 subregion）。

  3. 使用 合并节点 基于匹配 customerID 的输入字段来合并来自 Airtable 和 HTTP 请求节点的数据。
  4. 使用 排序节点 按 orderPrice 降序排序数据。

第 2 部分：为区域销售生成文件#

工作流的第二部分包含四个节点：

  1. 使用 If 节点 过滤以仅显示来自 Americas 区域的订单。
  2. 使用 转换为文件 将传入数据从 JSON 转换为二进制格式。将每个项目转换为单独的文件。（如果您能找出如何根据 orderID 命名每个报告，则可获得额外分数！）
  3. 使用 Gmail 节点（或其他电子邮件节点）通过电子邮件将文件发送到您可以访问的地址。请注意，您需要添加带有数据属性的附件。
  4. 使用 Discord 节点 在 n8n Discord 频道 #course-level-two 中发送消息。在节点中，配置以下参数：
    • Webhook URL：您在注册此课程时通过电子邮件收到的 Discord URL。
    • 文本："我使用标签 ID {标签 ID} 通过电子邮件发送了文件。我的 ID："，然后是您注册此课程时通过电子邮件收到的唯一 ID。
      请注意，您需要用引用节点数据的表达式替换大括号 {} 中的文本。

第 3 部分：为总销售额生成文件#

工作流的第三部分包含五个节点：

  1. 使用 循环遍历项目节点 将来自项目列表节点的数据拆分为每批 5 个。
  2. 使用 设置节点 设置四个值，使用来自前一个节点的表达式引用：customerEmail、customerRegion、customerSince 和 orderPrice。
  3. 使用 日期和时间节点 将字段 customerSince 的日期格式更改为 MM/DD/YYYY 格式。
    • 设置包含输入字段选项以将所有数据保持在一起。
  4. 使用 转换为文件节点 创建一个 CSV 电子表格，文件名设置为表达式：{{$runIndex > 0 ? 'file_low_orders':'file_high_orders'}}。
  5. 使用 Discord 节点 在 n8n Discord 频道 #course-level-two 中发送消息。在节点中，配置以下参数：
    • Webhook URL：您在注册此课程时通过电子邮件收到的 Discord URL。
    • 文本："我创建了电子表格 {文件名}。我的 ID："，然后是您注册此课程时通过电子邮件收到的唯一 ID。
      请注意，您需要用引用前一个转换为文件节点数据的表达式替换 {文件名}。
